TCL Energies is in the Retail, wholesale and Export space in Kenya; with linkages to Uganda, Eastern DRC, South Sudan, and Rwanda. Procuring refined bulk product grades from G to G partners.
Kenya having adopted G to G product procurement framework in the year 2023 from OTS system, and Uganda having pulled out of the Kenya G to G arrangement, TCL Energies have remained solid in both local and transit markets through bulk procurements and direct supplies to the partners in DRC Congo and locally. The company is seeking to join the G to G /OTS to actively participate in the midstream oil and gas segment.
